Terms and Conditions for Karisma

By accepting, the member joins Karisma on the terms below. 

‍1. WHAT’S INCLUDED /NOT INCLUDED:

During the membership year, the Member has access, at Karisma’s discretion, to:

‍●     Business & personal growth workshops
●     Curated founder circles / ThinkTanks
●     Wellness and performance experiences
●     Community gatherings and founder dinners
●     The wider Karisma founder network and curated introductions

These are delivered as a year-round membership program. The calendar, locations and formats may change;

Karisma will share updates in advance.

‍Not included in the membership fee:
‍
‍●     Retreats, festivals, international trips or other extraordinary experiences with separate tickets, flights, transportation, accommodation (unless explicitly included) and personal expenses.
Members may receive priority access and preferred pricing for extraordinary experiences.


‍2. FEES &CANCELLATION:

‍●     Membership fee for Karisma Skale the current membership year: €1,250 per quarter (4× per year) +VAT, invoiced to the Member’s business where applicable.

A valid invoice will be provided following the payment. Membership is active once the first payment is received.

●     Membership is a year-round commitment.
●     The membership fee is billed yearly or quarterly as agreed upon.
●     Once activated, fees are non-refundable.
●     In exceptional cases (e.g.relocation, major health issues), Karisma, up to its sole discretion, may offer options such as pausing the membership

‍3. EXPECTATIONS:

Karisma commits to:
‍●     Curate founders aligned with our values & principles.
●     Facilitate experiences that support business clarity, personal expansion, and well-being
●     Create spaces of trust, depth, and meaningful connection
●     Communicate dates, locations, and logistics with clarity and intention

‍The Member commits to:
‍●     Treat participation as a priority and show up wholeheartedly
●     Respect confidentiality within founder groups and experiences
●     Contribute to the community with honesty, generosity, and respect
●     Avoid pitching, selling, or transactional behavior
●     Engage with openness, curiosity, and depth. 

4. CONFIDENTIALITY& LIABILITY:

‍●     The Member keeps all personal, financial and business information shared within Karisma confidential and does not disclose it outside the community.
●     Karisma may process Member data for membership delivery, communication and curation, in line with applicable data laws.
●     The Member is responsible for their own decisions and business outcomes. Karisma is not liable for indirec tor consequential damages.

If, during the onboarding call, we identify a clear misalignment or misfit with the Karisma community, we reserve the right to cancel the membership application. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
