Karisma Terms and Conditions By accepting, the member subscribes to a membership with Karisma Karisma growth LLP, a Limited liability partnership with Partnership No. OC459429, registered address 71-75 Shelton street, Covent garden, London WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM (hereonward “Karisma”) on the terms below.

A community works because everyone in it shares the same expectations. These Terms exist to make those expectations clear. We've tried to keep them human. They cover the obvious things: payment, cancellation, conduct, confidentiality. None of it should be surprising. If anything here ever feels unclear, ask us at hello@karisma.club. 1. Who we areKarisma Growth LLP ("Karisma," "we," "us," "our") is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in the United Kingdom under Partnership No. OC459429, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. For any question relating to your membership, contact hello@karisma.club. By completing payment for a Karisma membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2. MembershipKarisma is a curated community for ambitious founders. Membership is granted by invitation or successful application, subject to alignment with our values and standards. We currently offer three membership tiers: Selekt: €2,800 per semesterPremium: €12,000 per yearEpsilon: €50,000 per year (invitation only) The benefits, access levels, and inclusions of each tier are described on our website and in your onboarding materials. Karisma reserves the right to update tier benefits and pricing for new members at any time, with reasonable notice given to existing members.
3. Application and admissionAll applicants undergo a qualification process. Karisma reserves the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Admission is conditional on: Truthful and accurate information in your applicationAlignment with the Karisma Code of ConductSuccessful completion of any onboarding steps required for your tier
4. PaymentMembership fees are payable in advance via Stripe. Selekt is billed each semester (6 months).Premium and Epsilon are billed annually. All fees are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay membership fees on the due date may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
5. Membership duration and renewalYour membership begins on the date your payment is received and runs for the period purchased (6 or 12 months). Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you in advance of any upcoming renewal. You may cancel renewal at any time by emailing hello@karisma.club. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. There is no partial refund for unused months.
6. Refund policyKarisma operates a no-refund policy after the first 14 days of a new membership term. Within the first 14 days of your initial membership, you may request a full refund if you have not yet attended a paid Karisma event, dinner, or experience. To request a refund, email hello@karisma.club. This 14-day window does not apply to renewals. In exceptional circumstances (serious illness, relocation, force majeure), we may consider partial refunds or membership pauses at our discretion.
7. Code of conductKarisma is built on trust, contribution, and respect. The members who get the most from Karisma, and give the most back, share a few common traits. They show up honestly. They contribute generously. They protect the safety of the room. They treat other members the way they'd want to be treated by them. By becoming a member, you agree to: Treat all members, staff, and guests with respectMaintain the confidentiality of conversations shared in Karisma settings (the "Karisma Confidentiality Rule")Refrain from selling, prospecting, or pitching to other members in a manner that disrupts the communityRefrain from harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that undermines the safety or dignity of othersHonour event commitments. RSVP responsibly and notify us in advance if you cannot attend Karisma reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for breaches of the Code of Conduct.
8. Curation and removalKarisma's value depends on the quality of the room. We reserve the right to: Decline any applicationRefuse admission to any eventTerminate membership where, in our reasonable judgement, continued membership would harm the community In the case of termination for cause (breach of Code of Conduct, dishonest application, repeated disruption), no refund will be issued. In the case of termination not caused by the member, a pro-rata refund of the remaining membership period will be issued.
9. Events and experiencesKarisma organises events, dinners, retreats, and other experiences as part of the member benefit set. Attendance is subject to availability and, in some cases, additional registration.Some events may be co-hosted with partners and may carry separate terms.Karisma is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs associated with attending events.We reserve the right to change or cancel events. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice. Attendance at Karisma events does not entitle you to extend or pause your membership.
10. Member referralsMembers may refer new applicants to Karisma. Referrals are governed by our internal referral and reputation system, which rewards quality referrals and may limit invite privileges in cases of repeated low-quality referrals. Referrals do not guarantee admission. All applicants, including referred applicants, are subject to the standard qualification process.
11. Intellectual propertyAll Karisma branding, content, materials, and intellectual property remain the property of Karisma Growth LLP. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Karisma materials without prior written consent. User-generated content (content you create and share within Karisma) remains yours. By sharing it within Karisma, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it for community purposes (e.g. internal newsletters, member-only spaces) unless you opt out.
12. ConfidentialityWhat's said in Karisma stays in Karisma. Conversations, introductions, and personal information shared by members in Karisma settings, whether in person, in WhatsApp groups, on our platform, or in any other Karisma context, are confidential. Members agree not to share such information externally without the relevant party's consent. This rule is the foundation of every Karisma room. Breaking it is grounds for termination without refund.
13. Limitation of liabilityKarisma is a community and connection platform. We are not responsible for: The business, financial, or personal decisions you make based on conversations or introductions made through KarismaThe conduct of other membersThe performance of third-party service providers, venues, or partners Our total liability to you under these Terms, in any circumstance, is limited to the total membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. PrivacyOur handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Changes to these TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance. Continued membership after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing lawThese Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
17. We're real humansKarisma is a small team running a curated community we genuinely care about. When you email us, you're reaching one of us, not a ticketing system.
