Terms and Conditions for Karisma

‍By accepting, the member joins Karisma on the terms below. 

1. WHAT’S INCLUDED /NOT INCLUDED:During the membership year, the Member has access, at Karisma’s discretion, to:

●  Karisma online portal, benefits and workshops 
●  Curated WhatsApp groups and online ongoing spaces and communication platforms
●  Business & personal growth online and offline workshops and events
●  Founder circles and mastermind sessions
●  Wellness and performance experiences
●  Community gatherings and founder dinners
●  The wider international Karisma founder network and curated introductions

These are delivered as a year-round membership program. 
The calendar, locations and formats may change; Karisma will share updates in advance.

Not included in the membership fee:

● Retreats, festivals, international trips or other extraordinary experiences with separate tickets, flights, transportation, accommodation (unless explicitly included) and personal expenses.
● Extraordinary optional experiences which may be proposed by Karisma - such as sports, entertainment or other social experiences which may require an additional fee for participation.

Members may receive priority access and preferred pricing for extraordinary experiences.

2. FEES &CANCELLATION: Karisma Selekt Premium

●     Membership fee for Karisma Selekt Premium, subject to member’s preference: Option 1 - €3,000 per quarter (4× per year) +VAT, invoiced to the Member’s business if applicable.Option 2 - €10,000 upfront per year (1× per year) +VAT, invoiced to the Member’s business if applicable.

Karisma Selekt

●     Membership fee for Karisma Selekt, subject to member’s preference: Option 1 - €1,250 per quarter (4× per year) +VAT, invoiced to the Member’s business if applicable.Option 2 - €4,500 upfront per year (1× per year) +VAT, invoiced to the Member’s business if applicable.

A valid invoice will be provided following the payment. Membership is active once the first payment is received.

●     Membership is a year-round commitment for the first 12 months after joining.
●     After 12 months have elapsed from time of joining, membership will be renewed and charged automatically, unless a written request of cancellation has been received by the member, with a 30 day prior notice to the yearly/quarterly renewal date. 
●     The membership fee is billed yearly or quarterly as agreed upon.
●     Once activated, fees are non-refundable.
●     In exceptional cases (e.g.relocation, major health issues), Karisma, up to its sole discretion, may offer options such as pausing the membership

3. EXPECTATIONS:Karisma commits to:

●     Curate founders aligned with our values & principles.
●     Facilitate experiences that support Personal growth, business growth and well-being
●     Create spaces of trust, depth, and meaningful connection
●     Communicate dates, locations, and logistics with clarity and intentionThe Member commits to:
●     Treat participation as a priority and show up wholeheartedly
●     Strictly respect confidentiality all Karisma activities, experiences and interactions
●     Contribute to the community with honesty, generosity, and respect
●     Avoid pitching, selling, or transactional behavior
●     Engage with openness, curiosity, and depth. 

4. CONFIDENTIALITY& LIABILITY:

●     The Member keeps all personal, financial and business information shared within Karisma confidential and does not disclose it outside the community.
●     Karisma may process Member data for membership delivery, communication and curation, in line with applicable data laws.
●     The Member is responsible for their own decisions and business outcomes. Karisma is not liable for indirect consequential damages.Karisma reserves the right to update membership fees, as long as these updates are communicated for pre approval of members prior to automatically renewing or charging yearly/quarterly membership plans.Karisma reserves the right to terminate an ongoing membership at any given time, with a prior written notice of a minimum of 30 days.

In such a case, Karisma will reimburse amounts already paid, if any, by the member for the period after the cancellation takes effect.If, during the onboarding call, we identify a clear misalignment or misfit with the Karisma community, we reserve the right to cancel the membership application. In this case, the full amount paid will be refunded.
