Karisma Terms and Conditions
By accepting, the Member subscribes to a membership with Karisma Growth LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in England & Wales under Partnership No. OC459429, with registered address 19 The Circle, Queen Elizabeth Street, London SE1 2JE, United Kingdom ("Karisma"), on the terms below.
1. What's included
During the membership period, the Member has access, at Karisma's sole discretion and scheduling, to:The Karisma online portal, benefits and workshopsCurated WhatsApp groups and ongoing online spacesBusiness and personal-growth workshops and events, online and offlineFounder circlesWellness and performance experiencesCommunity gatherings and founder dinnersMasterminds (Premium membership only; not included in Selekt)These are delivered as a year-round programme. Calendar, locations and formats may change; Karisma will share updates in advance.
Not included in the membership fee:
Retreats, festivals, international trips and other extraordinary experiences, including their separate tickets, flights, transport, accommodation (unless explicitly stated) and personal expenses.Optional experiences proposed by Karisma, such as sport, entertainment or social activities, which may carry an additional participation fee.Members may receive priority access and preferred pricing for these extraordinary experiences.
2. Fees & cancellation Karisma Selekt
An annual membership with a 12-month commitment, renewing automatically every 12 months. Fees are paid either every 6 months or annually, per the Member's choice: EUR 6,500 per semester (twice per year) + applicable VAT, or EUR 10,000 per year (once per year) + applicable VAT invoiced to the Member's business where applicable. Regardless of payment frequency, the commitment is annual (12 months) and renews automatically unless the Member gives written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Applicable to both memberships:
Fees are billed per semester or per year, as agreed. Once activated, fees are non-refundable.In exceptional cases (e.g. relocation or major health issues), Karisma may, at its sole discretion, offer options such as pausing the membership.
3. Expectations Karisma commits to:
Curate founders aligned with our values and principles. Facilitate experiences that support personal growth, business growth and well-being.Create spaces of trust, depth and meaningful connection.Communicate dates, locations and logistics with clarity.
The Member commits to:
Treat participation as a priority and show up wholeheartedly. Strictly respect the confidentiality of all Karisma activities, experiences and interactions.Contribute to the community with honesty, generosity and respect.Avoid pitching, selling or transactional behaviour.Engage with openness, curiosity and depth.
4. Confidentiality & liability
The Member keeps all personal, financial and business information shared within Karisma confidential and does not disclose it outside the community.Karisma may process Member data for membership delivery, communication and curation, in line with applicable data-protection laws.The Member is responsible for their own decisions and business outcomes. Karisma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.Karisma may update membership fees, provided any change is communicated for members' pre-approval before the next automatic renewal or charge.Karisma may terminate an ongoing membership at any time with at least 30 days' written notice; in that case, Karisma will refund amounts already paid for the period after the cancellation takes effect.
If, during the onboarding call, we identify a clear misalignment with the Karisma community, we may decline the membership application and refund the full amount paid.
